Sex and Fury (1973 Japan)
Director Norifumi Suzuki (Beautiful Girl Hunter, School of the Holy Beast)
paints a gorgeous violent tint on this early 19th century postwar Japan
period piece which stars two exploitation princesses--Reiko Ike (Female
Yakuza Tale, Graveyard of Honor) and Christina Lindberg (Thriller: A
Cruel Picture).
Reiko Ike plays Ocho. After her boss's thugs make a move to kill her, Ocho, a
badass sexy outlaw wielding swords and razor gambling tiles, kicks off on a
mission to kill the three tattooed yakuza creeps who offed her father as she
bore witness as a small child. Her search leads her right up the ranks of
corruption and crime, through gambling dens and bathrooms and snowy courtyards,
with a few surprises along the way. One of those surprises comes in bisexual
spy Christina (Lindberg) who crosses paths with Ocho on her search for information,
sometimes as allies and sometimes as enemies but always as two women on top of their
game. Christina is caught between her treacherous handler Guiness and her star-
crossed love for a Japanese informant. There's also a dying gambler who makes
Ocho promise to set free his yakuza -aptive virginal daughter. So there is a lot
going on here but it's also all a setup to show lots of beautiful skin, including
a hot lesbo scene. (IMDB) |
