It was in the 'Catacomb of Creepshows' collection put out by Mill Creek Entertainment. I believe that it is out of print right now. Would probably have to check places that sell used DVDs.
Good deal, I'm glad you found it. I bought mine many years back and it being the... well as you said, it sucks, I figured it may have disappeared. In fact all I found was a used copy of the Mill Creek Entertainment version like I have but they were asking way to much for it.

DeleteI found a DVD version, in fact I have it now. The movie absolutely sucks but I'm glad I have a rare film in my set.
