The Double-D Avenger (2001)

Well-endowed film stars Kitten Natividad ("Beneath the Valley of the Ultravixens"), Haji ("Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!"), and Raven De La Croix ("Up!") battle bikini bar owner Al Purplewood and his gang of killer strippers in this silly yet sexy flick. The lighthearted picture (you know things aren't serious when the tag line is "She gives villains tit for tat!") is an over-the-top adventure that wonderfully captures the sci-fi silliness and bawdy humor of Russ Meyer's classic work from the 1960s and early 70s. Indian Raid, Indian Made (1969)

 Indian Raid, Indian Made (1969)

This particular piece of weirdness-from Harry Novak and the warped mind of director Bob Favorite (RIVERBOAT MAMA)-opens with the credits painted onto the shapely torso of a vixen sponging herself down in a shower.... When secret agent Harold (Chuck Davis) gets the call to infiltrate and end a moonshine operation at the Pleasant Point Resort, open season is declared on common sense and subtlety. ... Another agent is on the scene. Disguised as Little Dove, an Indian maiden, she convinces the two idiot brothers who operate the illegal still that they are the last of "the Jerkaloopies." "We're injuns!" they cry. "We's real Jerkaloopies!" They sure are. The two "Jerkaloopies" then attack their own lodge and tie up Harold and his women. But before any scalps are lifted, Morganna, who's a guest at the resort, comes to the rescue by performing "The Devil Dance" ... Amazon.com NV&S

Wild Zero (2000 Japan)

 Wild Zero (2000 Japan)

Only legendary Japanese garage rock band Guitar Wolf can stand between a race of aliens from destroying earth with an army of zombies.

Wild Zero is equal parts Rock-N-Roll High School, Plan 9 from Outer Space, and Night of the Living Dead. It boasts an amazing soundtrack (equal parts Japanese and American bands), a cast that is long on "cool" and short on Oscar potential (just like a B-movie should be), and an excellent mix of camp and schlock horror.

Featuring the band Guitar Wolf (a real band by the way, who lack a certain level of musicianship, but more than make up for it with rock-n-roll attitude) and Ace (Masashi Endo, who does have acting talent) the movie takes us on a ride through an Ed Wood/George Romero wasteland that features a hell bent for leather biker attitude. The plot is no thinner than any other B-movie, and actually carries a rather broad minded message about acceptance and values.  (IMDB  shyquixote)
