Village of the Damned (1960)
Everyone in the village mysteriously falls asleep at mid-day. The women quickly find themselves to be pregnant which causes some problems for the unmarried or those who's husband had been away for an extended period.
A group of quickly developing, blond haired babies are born. These children and their glowing eyes can control people, sometimes with tragic results. ~Alzur
